Research and Acquisition Department

This Department researches and acquires individual land parcels, ranging in size from a single lot to 160 acres, providing they pass the Company's strict quality standards.

 

Finance Department

Since its founding, the Company has provided "in house", long-term financing at low interest rates for thousands of satisfied customers. There are no special credit qualifications. Moreover, U.S. citizenship or legal residency is not a requirement for financing or buying property. We provide to all of our customers their own individual payment coupon book each year for use in making monthly land payments. The Company also furnishes the prior year's interest calculation for each customer's account. This helps many of our customers with their income tax preparation requirements. Our Finance Department is proud to receive so many thank you notes from satisfied customers over the years, complimenting our prompt, efficient and friendly service.

 

Sales Department

All licensed representatives are required to meet all of the requirements for licensing by the California Department of Real Estate. Furthermore, they have completed all the Company's extensive training; and are authorized to represent us as Land Specialists. Therefore, they are well qualified to insure that every purchaser is given a clear understanding about the potential advantages and limitations of land ownership. The Company keeps its customers informed about the progress occurring in the general area of their property.

We grew up in Southern California during the explosive growth years following the Second World War. In our youth, we saw the peaceful orange groves in Orange County and the flower fields and walnut groves of the San Fernando Valley disappear as vast new cities, homes, industry and shopping centers took their place. In 1974, we formed our first company in the Professional Land Corporation Group of Companies, and experienced tremendous growth in just a few years.
