Potential $25M Annual Earner, Concrete Plant Opens In Adelanto

As mentioned in the Victorville Daily Press, September 29, 2017, Clark Pacific, a national design-build manufacturer of prefabricated building systems, announced the opening of its new state-of-the- art Adelanto facility. The plant, officials said, significantly expands the company’s Southern California fabrication capacity from 45 to over 135 acres. The project, which broke ground in December 2016, is expected to serve what officials described as the region’s growing demand for high-quality prefabricated building systems, including student housing, parking structures and office buildings. Located at 9367 Holly Road, the plant could offer as many as 500 jobs, officials previously touted. It’s already drawn 40 new manufacturing and engineer jobs, most of which are union, and the company said it plans to hire 30 more employees before the end of the year. The facility sits on 111 acres of land and has been previously described as a potential $25 million annual earner.
