The $9 million expansion project, which will add 37 “luxurious” apartments at the north end of the campus, will feature one-and two-bedroom units and larger studio apartments. The three-story project will expand the current site from 98,000 to 133,000 square feet and will include private patios, and new parking spaces. The expansion project is expected to be completed by summer of 2018 and will add to the campus’ existing 125 units, Sterling Inn spokeswoman Veronica Fuentes told the Daily Press.
